When I come to Canberra, the place i grew up, i always scout out locations to shoot even though i know i rarely will actually get to and i always end up in this little historical village. Now don’t be fooled, i always end up here for coffee and for shopping too but its my favourite place to dream about capturing people being people. So when the opportunity arose to capture a part of our extended family I automatically threw out this gorgeous place and luckily they were crazy enough to trust me 🙂 Phew!!
So, after all of what I’ve just said I should mention it’s never the location that makes the photos but the people in those places, and a little of my artistic flair maybe, just a little 😉
Cristian & Paola came just as i hoped they would, chilled, relaxed (yes a little hot and a little bothered but) with smiling faces and with an attitude of lets have fun doing this!
Or at least that’s the impression i got and fun we did have! These kids have style built into them and how could they not, look at their parents!
Now before i go i’ll share a little secret that some of you may find useful with your own cherubs for taking those cute sibling shots, this works a treat every time- if they’re not cooperating or not smiling genuinely for the camera tell them to to look at each other, and have the camera ready! They inevitable start to giggle and then tell them to look at you! Ta-da!! Secrets revealed!
Thanks for a gorgeous afternoon and for letting me capture you guys, i had my share of fun too 😉
